SAP annual wage tax statement & eAkte
If you are using an eAkte to which employees also have access, for example to view and print out their own payslip, you can use the LMC solution to also make the annual wage tax statement available in the eAkte.
Requirements
- Customizing SAPArchiveLink
The object type "TAXCERPYDE wage tax certificate Germany Elster" and the document type "HRODELSTB wage tax certificate with Elster" are assigned to a repository and a link table.
Note: It is about the SAP standard objects. You can also define customer-specific objects and use them in Customizing.
- Annual income tax statement
You have created the annual wage tax statement with the SAP standard report RPCTXMD1 and the status is up for all employees
"03 - certified".
Flow of the LMC solution
In the first step, the LMC solution creates the certified annual wage tax statement for each employee as a separate spool file in PDF format. The name of the spool files contains the personnel number of the employee as an identifier.
In the second step, the spool files are read and identified using the personnel number. The LMC solution fills the link table defined in ArchivLink customizing (see above) according to the personnel number. After the spool files have been successfully processed, they are deleted and are no longer available.
If you are using an eFile from a third-party provider, the entries from the link table can then be transferred to the eFile database. This functionality is not part of the LMC solution.
The LMC solution providing annual wage tax statements for the eAkte can be extended to other types of statements.
