Last week, LMC We set SAP HCM Payroll and EC Payroll live for 6 customers with a total of around 17.000 employees. This was a great effort but also a great success. Thanks go to everyone involved in the project. In addition, numerous LMC SuccessFactors projects went live at home and abroad in 2023.

We will present the projects in detail in a series of BLOG posts. Here is an overview.

PAISY was replaced twice. In one case it was the final rollout step with around 1.000 employees, so that the entire group with around 6.000 colleagues is now billed with SAP HCM. The second project was a big bang introduction of around 11.000 active and around 3.000 pensioners, as already mentioned, PAISY has also been replaced.

In two further SAP HCM payroll projects, LOGA and DATEV were replaced as payroll systems.

Special meaning The successful Go Live has one for us EC Payroll Project, integrated with a newly introduced Employee Central (EC) included EC Time and Time Tracking. The Hamburger Software payroll system was replaced.

In all cases the data transfer was tool-based.

Finally, in one case, the payroll was migrated from a self-managed SAP HCM system to a global SAP HCM system to a global BPO service provider. LMC played a leading role in both streams, the Carve Out on the one hand and the Carve Out on the other.

As already mentioned, we were not idle during the year either. Here is an overview:

SuccessFactors Time Tracking Go Lives with four customers in different countries:

The SuccessFactors recruiting was as part of a global rollouts at an international DAX group in a leading role.

Leading the integration stream at a SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation an international tourism group.

Furthermore were Support services in the Topics SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Concur and ILM more than 50 customers provided. Almost all customers of the project clients mentioned above will also use the support of LM Consulting in 2024.
