Your tasks:
You are the interface between IT and human resources management
You support our customers in their HR-IT transformation and shape the processes, roles and tasks of the future with our customers
You support our customers in creating requirements analyzes and selecting solutions
You plan, schedule and implement SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects independently
You will learn independently and sustainably about trends and developments in human resources management
You will look after our customers beyond implementation and support them in support and in the further development of their SuccessFactors solutions using the latest findings in human resources management
What you should bring:
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors projects, ideally with already one or more certifications
Knowledge of the design and development of HR management business processes
Experience and/or interest in the consulting profession
Good knowledge of English and very good knowledge of German
