Your tasks:
- The implementation and support of customer projects in the area of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and other SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Analysis of the customer situation and implementation of customer-specific requirements
- Activity in all project phases - from the first workshop to implementation and support after a successful go-live
- Implementation of customer workshops and user training
- You take responsibility and are an active driver of the project as well as a sparring partner for our customers
- You moderate workshops and are the bridge between professional and technical content
- You have an overview of the interaction of the systems and interfaces
- You will accompany various topics related to the introduction of SAP SuccessFactors and continuously develop the system content and processes
What you should bring:
- After successfully completing your studies or comparable training, you will have at least two years of practical experience in the design, configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors
- You have a strong understanding of HR processes and their IT systems
- You are certified in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules, ideally in Employee Central
- You have solution/process-oriented thinking skills and strong methodological skills
- You enjoy working with customers and in a team of competent colleagues
- You have a high affinity for dealing with system functionalities and landscapes
- You have practical experience with classic and agile project management methods
- You convince with motivation and enthusiasm, excellent communication skills and a structured and independent way of working
- We require a secure handling of the common MS Office programs and business fluent German as well as good knowledge of English
