Your tasks:
You lead the “SAP HCM” team of around 8 employees
You are the first point of contact for our customers and team members
You promote your team individually and support them in their personal development
You support pre-sales and the acquisition of new customers
You report to the management and work closely with them in a results-oriented manner
In addition, you will take care of the further development of the team
What you should bring:
You are flexible and customer satisfaction is your top priority. Travel activities at home and abroad as well as the best German and English skills are a matter of course for you.
In addition, you have extensive knowledge and experience in SAP HCM implementation projects, especially in the area of SAP HCM Payroll and other components.
You apply your well-founded technical and methodical knowledge in implementation and existing projects
You have a university degree or comparable training
You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience as an SAP HCM consultant
