Your tasks:
- Conceptual preparation and implementation of SAP HCM consulting projects
Analysis and design of efficient processes in the HCM environment and their technical implementation in SAP using customizing
Assumption of project and/or application responsibility
Responsible for carrying out training courses for customers and interested parties
Support for our existing customers
Development of existing and establishment of new customer relationships
What you should bring:
Approximately 3 years of SAP experience as a consultant or key user in the classic modules such as payroll and time management
Good knowledge of schemes and rules for accounting and/or time management
Know-how in the management and organization of (partial) projects desirable
At least good knowledge of English
Communicative and social skills as well as good presentation techniques
Willingness to travel to work with customers
Ideally a SAP HCM certification
